Data Deletion and Removal Requests

You can ask us to delete personal or connected-account data, correct a property listing, remove property photographs or videos, or stop future promotional sharing.

1. Send your request

Email apnadalal.com@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion / Property media removal”. You can also contact +91 97373 05812 or use our Contact Us page.

Include your name, the email or phone used with ApnaDalal, relevant property listing or post URLs, the connected Page/profile/channel if applicable, and what you want removed. Specify whether your request covers website content, WhatsApp sharing, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or another platform. Never send a password, OTP or access token.

2. Verification and action

We may request proportionate information to confirm ownership or authority. After verification, we will review and act without undue delay, remove data or content under our control where applicable, and explain any information retained to meet a legal obligation. Ask by email for the status of your request. This contact process is not an automatic deletion button.

3. Disconnect a social account

For Google/YouTube, open Google Account connections, select the ApnaDalal connection and remove its access. For Facebook or Instagram, open the relevant account's Apps and Websites or Business Integrations settings and remove the ApnaDalal integration. You can also ask us to remove stored integration credentials and associated data.

Revoking access prevents future authorised account access but does not itself delete past posts or all stored data. Send a deletion request as described above if you also want data or published content removed.

4. Property photos, videos and WhatsApp

Tell us which images, videos, listing links or promotional posts should be removed and whether you withdraw permission for future sharing. We can stop our future use and address content on accounts we control. WhatsApp recipients, third-party reshares, downloads, search caches and other independent copies may remain outside our control; contact the relevant recipient or platform for those copies.

To stop optional WhatsApp marketing from us, reply STOP or contact us. For a rights complaint, provide the content URL and details of your ownership or authority.
