These terms apply to ApnaDalal property services operated by Radhe Enterprise through www.apnadalal.com. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
Property information and enquiries
Listings help buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants connect. Prices, availability, measurements, amenities and descriptions may change. Confirm current details, ownership, permissions, title, approvals and transaction documents before making a payment or commitment. A listing, photograph, video or enquiry does not itself create a sale, tenancy or guarantee of a transaction. Brokerage, service fees and transaction conditions must be agreed separately.
Authority to submit a property
Submit a property only if you are its owner or are authorised to represent it. Provide accurate information and promptly tell us when a property is sold, rented, unavailable or materially changed. You must have permission to supply photographs, videos, floor plans, music and other material, including the consent of identifiable people where required. Do not submit private identity documents or confidential information for public promotion.
Permission to share photos and videos
When you expressly ask ApnaDalal to promote your property and provide approved material for that purpose, you grant a non-exclusive permission to reproduce, resize, crop, caption, translate, watermark and publish that material as reasonably necessary to market that property. Ownership of your original material remains with you. Edits must not materially misrepresent the property.
Authorised promotion may include our website; WhatsApp individual chats, opted-in groups, channels and status updates; Facebook Pages and posts; Instagram posts, Stories and Reels; YouTube videos and Shorts; and other property portals or social platforms covered by your instructions. This is not unlimited permission for unrelated use. Tell us before publication if you limit a platform, audience, duration or the display of your contact details. A general enquiry or visiting this website is not consent to public media use.
Public sharing and withdrawal
Material published publicly can be viewed, downloaded and reshared by third parties. Platform terms and audience settings apply. You may withdraw permission for future promotion or request correction and removal of material we control by emailing apnadalal.com@gmail.com with the listing and post links. We will review requests without undue delay. Withdrawal does not automatically erase third-party copies, forwards or search caches; separate requests to those platforms may be needed. WhatsApp and communications
Contact details provided for an enquiry may be used to respond and coordinate the requested property service. Promotional messages or group additions require the relevant permission. Ask us to stop optional marketing by replying STOP or contacting us. Service-related communications may still be needed for an active request. Do not send spam or misuse contact details obtained through a listing.
Connected social accounts
Only authorised account holders should connect a Page, business profile or YouTube channel. Connections are used within the permissions granted for account identification and requested property publication. A connection does not authorise every future post; content and its audience must follow the account holder's instructions. YouTube features use YouTube API Services; users of those features agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. The Google Privacy Policy also applies to Google's processing.
Responsible use and disputes
Do not post unlawful, misleading, infringing or abusive material, impersonate an owner, or attempt unauthorised access. We may correct or remove problematic listings and restrict misuse. Report suspected errors or rights violations with the relevant URL and supporting details. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. No promise of sale, rental, reach, enquiries or investment returns is made.
