ApnaDalal, operated by Radhe Enterprise, provides property listing, enquiry and promotional services through www.apnadalal.com. This policy explains how information is handled when you contact us, submit a property or use connected social media features.

Information and its use

Information you provide may include your name, phone number, email, property requirements, enquiry messages, property location, price, descriptions, photographs and videos. We use it to respond to enquiries, arrange property assistance, maintain listings and carry out the promotion you request. Website operation may involve cookies, session information and technical access logs. Browser settings let you manage cookies; disabling them may affect features.

Property images, videos and sharing

When you authorise us to market a property, we may publish and share its approved details, photographs, videos and listing links on our website, WhatsApp chats, opted-in groups or channels, Facebook Pages, Instagram, YouTube and other property portals or promotional platforms within that authorisation. Public posts can be viewed, copied and reshared by others. Contact details are shared only as needed for your enquiry or as authorised for the listing. Private documents, identity records and unrelated personal information should not be included in promotional media.

Submitting an enquiry alone does not authorise public use of your photos, videos or contact details. You must own the material or have the owner's and any identifiable person's permission. Tell us about any sharing restrictions before publication. You can request correction, removal or withdrawal of future promotional use using the contact details below.

Connected platforms and account data

When an authorised account holder connects Facebook, Instagram or YouTube, we use the granted permissions to identify selected Pages, business accounts or channels, verify connections and publish authorised property content. Stored connection information may include account identifiers, access or refresh tokens, publication details and connection results. These credentials are used for the requested integration and are not public listing content. We do not ask you to send us your social media password or OTP.

Our YouTube integration uses YouTube API Services. See the Google Privacy Policy and YouTube Terms of Service. You can revoke Google access at Google Account connections. Facebook and Instagram access can be removed through the applicable account's Apps and Websites or Business Integrations settings. Revoking access stops future authorised access but does not automatically remove previously published posts.

Recipients and platform controls

Information may be shared with the property parties involved in your enquiry, service providers supporting the website or communications, and platforms selected for authorised publication. A platform processes received information under its own terms and privacy policy and may process it outside your country. We limit sharing to the service requested, your permission or a legal requirement. Google account data must not be sold or used for unrelated advertising or surveillance.

Retention, security and your choices

Information should be retained only as needed for property services, active integrations, enquiries and applicable legal obligations. Access should be limited to authorised personnel and service providers. No online service can guarantee absolute security. You may request access, correction, deletion, disconnection or withdrawal of promotional permission. We may ask for proportionate proof that the request concerns your account or property. Do not send passwords, OTPs or unnecessary identity documents.

Deletion requests are reviewed without undue delay, subject to identity verification and any lawful retention requirement. We will explain any information that must be retained. Third-party reshares, search caches and copies outside our control may require separate removal requests to the relevant platform. See Data Deletion and Removal Requests.
